Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

This policy explains what personal information is collected when you visit this page or book a discovery call, how it's used, and your rights. We are based in the European Union and handle your personal information in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). If you are in New Zealand, the Privacy Act 2020 also applies to how we handle your information.

01 Who we are

This site is operated by Bansal International OÜ ("we", "us", "I", "Jay Bansal"), the data controller, registered at Sepapaja 6, Tallinn, Estonia. You can reach us at hello@jaysbansal.com.

02 What we collect

  • Information you give us. When you complete the discovery-call form, we collect the details you submit — typically your name, email address, phone number, and your answers about your situation and goals.
  • Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we receive basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device, and how you interact with the page, gathered through cookies and similar technologies.

03 How we use it & why we're allowed to

  • To contact you about, and run, the discovery call you requested.
  • To respond to your enquiries and provide our coaching services.
  • To measure and improve our advertising and this page (for example, recording when a booking is made).
  • To meet legal and record-keeping obligations.

Under the GDPR, our legal bases are: your consent (for advertising/analytics cookies, which you can withdraw at any time); the steps necessary to enter into and perform a service at your request (handling your booking and call); and our legitimate interests in running and improving the business, balanced against your rights.

04 Cookies & advertising

We use Google Ads conversion tracking to understand which ads lead to a booking. This sets cookies on your device and shares limited conversion data with Google. We may also use analytics cookies to understand how the page is used.

These advertising and analytics cookies are not essential, so we only set them after you give consent, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Essential cookies needed for the page to function may be set without consent. You can also control or delete cookies through your browser settings.

05 Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, and only as needed:

  • Typeform — hosts and processes the booking form. See Typeform's privacy policy.
  • Google — provides ads conversion tracking and analytics. See Google's privacy policy.
  • Formspree — processes newsletter and waitlist sign-ups. See Formspree's privacy policy.

Some of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses) to keep your information protected.

06 How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above — to follow up on your call, deliver any services, and meet legal obligations — after which it is deleted or anonymised.

07 Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To make a request, email us at hello@jaysbansal.com.

You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in our case the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee). If you're in New Zealand, you may instead contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (privacy.org.nz).

08 Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
