Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of this website and any coaching, calls, or materials I provide. By using the site or booking with me, you agree to them. They're written to be fair and readable — please take a moment.
Coaching is educational, not a guarantee. Everything I share is for general educational and informational purposes. It is not financial, legal, tax, or professional advice, and nothing here is a promise of specific results. Selling on Amazon involves risk and effort; individual outcomes vary and depend on factors outside my control. You are responsible for your own business decisions.
01 Acceptance
By accessing this website, joining the invite list, booking a call, or engaging my services, you confirm you've read and agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or services.
02 The services
I provide coaching, consulting, and educational content for Amazon sellers — including 1:1 coaching, cohort programs, single-session audits, and discovery calls. Specific scope, deliverables, and fees are agreed with you before any paid engagement begins.
03 No guarantee of results
I bring nine years of hands-on experience, but I can't and don't guarantee any particular sales, ranking, revenue, or business outcome. Any examples, case studies, or figures shared on this site reflect specific situations and are not typical or promised results. Your results depend on your market, product, effort, and many factors I don't control.
04 Bookings, payments & cancellations
- Fees, payment schedule, and what's included are confirmed in writing before a paid engagement starts.
- Discovery calls are free and carry no obligation.
- Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms for paid services are set out in the agreement or invoice for that service.
- Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes.
05 Intellectual property
All content on this site and in my programs — including the Launch Sequence, playbooks, frameworks, text, and graphics — is owned by Bansal International OÜ and protected by law. You may use materials I give you for your own business, but you may not copy, resell, redistribute, or publicly share them without my written permission.
06 Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site or materials for anything unlawful or in breach of Amazon's or any platform's policies.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the site.
- Resell or repackage my content or coaching as your own.
07 Third-party links & affiliates
The site may link to third-party tools and resources. I'm not responsible for their content or practices. Some links are affiliate links, which means I may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you — I only recommend things I'd use myself.
08 Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bansal International OÜ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for lost profits or business, arising from your use of the site or services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid me for the relevant service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
09 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Estonian courts, unless mandatory local consumer law gives you other rights.
10 Changes
I may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date reflects the current version. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
These are good-faith starter terms for a small coaching business, not legal advice. Have them reviewed by a qualified advisor before relying on them — especially the payment, refund, and liability sections, which should match your actual contracts.
